Had a great time during our 5-night stay here. the service was spot-on, and the location couldn't have been better. the to-go breakfast was packed with plenty of delicious food. 🌟

We had a very luxurious stay at this hotel. the service was exceptional, and we felt pampered throughout our stay. the health club and spa facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed a relaxing back massage during our stay. the garden area was peaceful and well-maintained, providing a welcome respite from the bustle of the city. the location was also a major plus, with easy access to all the city has to offer.
The only downside we experienced was the noise level from nearby street activity. While the hotel provided excellent soundproofing in the rooms, the noise from the street outside could still be heard at times.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and situated in a great location for sight-seeing. It's within walking distance to the City Wall, most places in the old city, and many restaurants and shops. the room is spacious with a comfy bed, and the staff are friendly and try hard to help. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of options to choose from.
Sound proofing is not good in the hotel, making it difficult to have a peaceful night's rest due to noise from the street and neighboring rooms.

We loved the central location of the hotel, which made it easy to explore all the attractive places in the city on foot. The hotel also had brilliant facilities, with a clean and comfortable room and a delicious breakfast spread. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful, organising transportation for us and providing great recommendations.
Could not be improved in any way.

Had a lovely xmas at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all major attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent Wi-Fi and free bottled water. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of both Chinese and Western dishes.
There were a few flaws during our stay. The soundproofing in the room was poor, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Great location near the shopping area and tasty Chinese food. the room was comfortable and had good amenities, such as fruits and bottled water provided free of charge. the staff was friendly and helpful in providing directions and recommendations for local attractions.
The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. There were dust and stains on the furniture and carpet.
